The quality of the topic selection determines, to a great extent, the possible height and quality of a scientific research, which is precisely the biggest challenge faced by doctoral students and young teachers. Based on understanding the "merits and demerits" and "misconceptions" of different selection strategies, speakers are expected to share and define their own research topic action guidelines with the audience.
